招聘岗位：Corporate Training Facilitator/Crew

Requirements:
1.Native English speaker (UK, Australian, American, Canadian)
2.A University Bachelor Degree or above in Business, English, TESOL etc
3.TEFL/TESOL certificate.
4.Minimum 2 years multi-national company experience
5.A team player with good communication skills and pleasant personality.
6.Patient and inspiring.
7.Ability to adapt, to learn, to lead and to deliver.
8.Highly responsible and honest
9.Self-motivated and disciplined
10.Syllabi development would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
To organize the training needs with Corporate Training Manager for key accounts.
To design the specialized syllabus to meet the individual corporate needs.
To coordinate all activities as necessary to properly serve Corporate Accounts.
To be able to design and conduct the evaluation for self and the participant.
To incorporate the training with the current crew for materials, curriculum, class arrangement and coordination.
